Our Founder
ROI Pros was founded in 2021 as a response to small businesses being negatively impacted by the Pandemic. Initially, our name was, BUILD, a video chat tool inspired by Clubhouse that focused on creating a better way for small businesses to share experiences, seek mentorship and grow referral networks.
Frank Goodman
For over 20 years, Frank Goodman, has helped countless startups, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies transform their establishment through business consulting, websites and apps.
Prior to entering the commercial space, Mr. Goodman served throughout the Intelligence Community (IC) helping companies like Booz Allan, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman meet agency objectives.
Mr. Goodman started his first startup, Bleeding Bulb, in 2010 that focuses on providing user centric web and mobile apps that align to company objectives and customer needs.
His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
